I don't know of any vendors who sells front clips. I do know that Fat Man Fabrication can supply you with the templates to help with your installation. If you have the talent, shop space, equipment, time to spare and want to save some money this is the way to go in my opinion.

Advantages to Clip:

    a) 11 inch Disc brakes "no need to buy adapter kits to get 11" disc brakes"
    b) Chevy wheel bolt pattern
    c) Sway Bar
    d) Power Steering

Disadvantages:
    a) Can't go back to stock "one time deal"
    b) Extra fabrication required to install bumper brackets, radiator support and fender wells.
    c) Requires lots and lots of measurements

If you go this route select a front steer box model which will help when it comes time to connect the steering box to column and with header clearance. Select a clip with as close a track width to the trucks original width which will help reduce tire to fender contact.

The next time I install a front clip for someone I'll be sure to record all the measurements, make note of all modifications required (with pictures), make patterns and include them in the page. Back to Rod Suppliers

I have a friend that's adapting MG electric wiper unit to the trucks. It's a cable driven system like the Specialy Power Windows unit. When I do the conversion myself I'll provide you with an article.

Firewall Mounted Brake Units:

I normally just head to the local pick and pull and select a disc/drum dual reservoir unit. I make sure to take the proportioning valve with me. If it's out of a heavy car, the valve is set up close enough that the breaking will be satisfactory and I won't have to buy an adjustable unit. I do recommend you buying the residual pressure valves just in case their not installed in the master cylinder ports or proportioning valve (2 lb. front & 10 lb. rear). Depending at what height the unit is mounted on the firewall you may need to modify the length of the pedal.
